I’m the owner and founder of Elizabeth Franklin-Best, P.C., a boutique law firm that focuses exclusively on federal criminal defense, state and federal direct appeals, federal post-conviction, and habeas proceedings. I started my firm in July 2019 because I wanted to create a new kind of firm—one that embodies the highest level of professionalism and aggressive advocacy for my clients. We purposefully keep our office’s caseload small so that we can give every case the attention it needs and deserves, and we select clients who we know we can help. Our office is committed to discretely handling your private affairs with care, and we value and appreciate the opportunity to work with those who have been targeted by the government.
