Elizabeth Franklin-Best, PC is a growing law firm that focuses exclusively on federal criminal appellate cases. We are currently looking for new members to join our team, and we’re always in the market for the right people! Our firm handles federal direct appeals and federal post-conviction petitions throughout the United States, including compassionate release petitions. The ideal candidate will have experience with federal criminal law and white–collar cases.

Salary commensurate with experience, in the range of $75K- $100K for 1500 billable hours per year.
We are open to exploring additional compensation based on case origination or for those who have more experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in federal criminal law
- Licensed attorney in good standing by a United States State Bar
- Capable of working independently
- Detail-oriented and creative
- Enjoys legal research and writing
- Committed to recognizing the inherent dignity of criminal defendants and their families
