A Top Female Attorney Elected to Federal Bar Association Board

October 15, 2019 (Columbia, S.C.) ­– One of Columbia’s top female criminal appellate attorneys was elected to the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA).

Elizabeth Franklin-Best was elected to the Board of Directors on September 26, 2019, at a meeting held at the USC Alumni Center in Columbia, S.C.

“It’s an honor to be given the opportunity to help advance the goals of the Federal Bar Association, South Carolina Chapter. It’s going to be an exciting year with the 100th anniversary of the Federal Bar Association celebration happening in Charleston next year. I look forward to assisting with the development and execution of that national event,” Franklin-Best said.
